• Organize and supervise shifts for front of the house team following policies and protocols of restaurant operation<\/li>\n
• Maintain restaurant\u2019s good image and suggest ways to improve it especially in training new and current employees regarding excellent customer service practices<\/li>\n
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints<\/li>\n
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste<\/li>\n
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
