Job responsibilities:<\/p>\n

• Matching financial transaction results with book balances and identifying any deviations<\/li>\n
• Arranging the daily cash transaction reports to be approved by the Accounting Supervisor<\/li>\n
• Receiving and depositing clients payments as per Hikma policies and procedures<\/li>\n
• Keeping files of all cash receipts, invoices and job orders as per the adopted filing policies<\/li>\n
• Signing temporary receipt vouchers of monetary payments and recording all related entries<\/li>\n
• Following up on the reconciliation of accounts with banks and resolving any related issues<\/li>\n
• Preparing relevant Distribution Center reports in accordance with set policies and procedures<\/li>\n
• Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
