A Talent Acquisition Lead-HR is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees in alignment with the strategic human resources plan. <\/p>\n

• Plan and implement company talent acquisition and recruitment strategy.<\/li>\n
• Develop company\u2019s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing.<\/li>\n
• Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions.<\/li>\n
• Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs.<\/li>\n
• Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)<\/li>\n
• Reviews employment applications and background check reports<\/li>\n
• Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.<\/li>\n
• Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.<\/li>\n
• Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment<\/li>\n
• Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.<\/li>\n
• Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.<\/li>\n
• Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.<\/li>\n
• Generate monthly updates for company\u2019s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.<\/li>\n
• Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.<\/li>\n
• Communicate regularly with all stakeholders to get a clear view of company\u2019s hiring needs and organizational goals.<\/li>\n
• Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies<\/li>\n
• Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.<\/li>\n
• Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • At least 5 years of experience in a lead talent acquisition role.<\/li>\n
  • Previous experience in Banking Industry or similar a plus.<\/li>\n
  • Has demonstrated history experience in attracting top talent.<\/li>\n
  • Successful history in implementing talent acquisition programs, policies and procedures enhancing candidate experience.<\/li>\n
  • Familiar with digital talent acquisition tools and software programs. Implementation experience including reporting tools highly preferred.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication skills in English language.<\/li>\n
