Job Description: <\/p>\n

• Perform warehouse perpetual & physical stock count (manual)<\/li>\n
• Work as per the inventory listing, check & control processes\/schedules provided and fixed by the WSMS (warehouse senior materials supervisor).<\/li>\n
• Performs investigation on inventory discrepancies \u2013 physical & system, mismatch and mislocated items and report to WSMS (warehouse senior materials supervisor).<\/li>\n
• Lead the perpetual inventory team during the year stock taking and physical counts and during the year end stock count activity, External audit<\/li>\n
• Performs random inventory checks, trouble shoot & highlight inventory<\/li>\n
• Analyze inventory discrepancies as & when they arise during the year, report to WSMS to process the inventory adjustment transaction in the Maximo system<\/li>\n
• Support the WSMS to implement robust inventory control measures to ensure accuracy, spare parts availability & speedy response to plant requirements.<\/li>\n
• Support in tracking replenishment orders, ETA, expediting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications: <\/p>\n

  \n
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas industry <\/li>\n
  • Knowledge in Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic language is an advantage<\/li>\n
  • Proven work experience in administration, office, governance, and warehouse management, as well as monitoring and control skills<\/li>\n
  • Preferably Hands on experience in warehouse cyclical\/perpetual\/stock check<\/li>\n
  • Preferably experienced in handling inventory checks on both manual & RFID scanning options<\/li>\n
  • Preferably working experience in any WMS systems. (Maximo, SAP, Oracle etc.)<\/li>\n
  • Good understanding of overall warehouse inbound, outbound & storage functions<\/li>\n
  • Good understanding on warehouse inventory check & control processes<\/li>\n
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft applications (MS word, Excel etc.<\/li>\n
  • Prompt Reporting of Inaccuracies + Missing Stock<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Ensure that the Warehouse materials Management System is always maintained accurately<\/p>\n
