Role Overview<\/p>\n

With direction from the Talent & OD Manager (Middle East), the Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist (Middle East) is responsible for the delivery of key organisation development activities in the ME region, including, but not limited to: team alignment, change management, culture assessments, and proposal support.<\/p>\n

Detailed responsibilities include (but are not limited to):<\/p>\n

• Deliver Talent Management (TM) \/ L&D Programs across the Middle East in areas including, but not limited to:<\/li>\n
• Leadership development<\/li>\n
• D&I<\/li>\n
• New hire orientation<\/li>\n
• Performance Management<\/li>\n
• Deliver Bechtel\u2019s Early Career Hire (ECH) program for colleagues in the Middle East region<\/li>\n
• Create an engaging learning climate and employ a variety of facilitation tools and techniques, including a discovery learning approach, to increase participation and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of learning objectives.<\/li>\n
• Liaise regularly and provide support to TM colleagues and assigned Business Partner\/s to implement the overall TM strategy in the region.<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with project deployed HR colleagues on the delivery of learning and development programs and processes<\/li>\n
• Work to continuously improve the relevance, effectiveness, and delivery of L&D \/ talent related programs through evaluation, data analysis, and identification of improvement opportunities.<\/li>\n
• Complete ad hoc TM tasks as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Basic Qualifications:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Change Management, or related discipline with a minimum of 8 – 10 years of related experience with demonstrated increase in responsibility.<\/li>\n
  • Demonstrated experience in delivery of training programs\/learning solutions using facilitation and communication skills\/techniques to diverse audiences<\/li>\n
  • Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to accomplish a shared goal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Preferred Qualifications:<\/p>\n

    \n
    • Experience working in a large multinational across diverse geographies and cultures<\/li>\n
    • Working knowledge of a matrix organizational structure<\/li>\n
    • Ability to travel 10-15%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
