Overview of the role:<\/p>\n

\n
• Identifies and clarifies customers' current and future business initiatives, needs, and technical requirements.<\/li>\n
• Collects information from the customer about their existing IT and telecommunications infrastructure and conducts analyses<\/li>\n
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise-level network hardware and applications.<\/li>\n
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise-level Core IT Infrastructure and applications.<\/li>\n
• Planned, configured, and oversaw the Converged infrastructure's implementation in coordination with customers, principals, service providers, and business partners to ensure performance meets design parameters.<\/li>\n
• Provide post-sales support to customers.<\/li>\n
• Troubleshoot and provide the solution on time for the complex multi-vendor network\/ Core Infrastructure.<\/li>\n
• Provide support for project implementation & documentation.<\/li>\n
• Conduct training for customers on system usage.<\/li>\n
• Able to prioritize workload to maximize productivity and minimize customer downtime.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Take the lead on ICT Services practice, support the sales team to implement comprehensive solutions, and provide support in post-sales activities related to Data networks, Wi-Fi, Core Infrastructure (Servers & Storage) & Applications<\/p>\n

  • Provide solution functional expertise to ensure proper implementation of a proposed design,<\/li>\n
  • Prepare High-Level & low-level design documents.<\/li>\n
  • Install, configure and Troubleshoot the Data networks, Wi-Fi Networks, and Core Infrastructure services.<\/li>\n
  • Generation Wi-Fi active Heatmaps for final handover<\/li>\n
  • Creating Schematics and topology maps for the final handover<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Follow the internal field service mechanism.<\/li>\n
    • Weekly report on all active projects<\/li>\n
    • Weekly information on all open & closed service tickets<\/li>\n
    • Follow the proper escalation matrix<\/li>\n
