Key Accountabilities & Activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Preparing Financials<\/li>\n
• Preparing YTD & MTD P&L on Monthly Basis, Comparative BS on a Monthly Basis Directly with the Finance administration, senior manager<\/li>\n
• Prepare (Financial Package Report) on monthly basis.<\/li>\n
• Prepare and file annual & Semi-annual financials, ensuring up to date records for accounting year.<\/li>\n
• Preparing annual reports for the external auditor.<\/li>\n
• Preparation the budget planning<\/li>\n
• Prepare monthly reports -Budget V.S Actual-.<\/li>\n
• Preparing and calculating the distribution of profits on investment accounts according to AAOIFI standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Supervising and Controlling Banks Current accounts, Finances:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Reviewing all Banks Reconciliations and Tracing all Related Entries.<\/li>\n
  • Controlling banks deposits accounts.<\/li>\n
  • Calculate, register deposits accrued interests on monthly basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Supervising & Controlling Payable work and all types of payments:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
    • Review the ERP transactions and correct these transactions as per requirement.<\/li>\n
    • Review Prepaid and Accrued Expenses on Regular Basis.<\/li>\n
    • Reconciling General Ledger Accounts (Closing Entries).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      <\/p>\n

      Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
      • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.<\/li>\n
      • JCPA or CPA or CMA certification prefer.<\/li>\n
      • 7 to 10 years of experience is required in the field of accounting and financial management with, a banking or financial institution, or big 4 experience, or insurance company.<\/li>\n
      • Fluency in the use of Microsoft Office package with good knowledge in the use of spread Excel sheets,<\/li>\n
      • Knowledgeable in Islamic financial practices in banking \/ financial institutions<\/li>\n
      • Fluent in Arabic and English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
