A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you\u2019ll mostly be:<\/p>\n

• Managing daily sales activities and coaching your team to deliver to their full potential<\/li>\n
• Hitting all personal and team sales goals to help us maximise profitability<\/li>\n
• Creating and implementing sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, food\u202fand beverage and banquet sales\u202f<\/li>\n
• Producing and reviewing monthly reports to monitor performance<\/li>\n
• Leading marketing efforts to up-sell guests on hotel services, offerings, and amenities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  What We need from you:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree \/ higher education qualification \/ equivalent in\u202fmarketing or related field\u202f<\/li>\n
  • Four or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team Experience in Jordanian market is a must<\/li>\n
  • Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required\u202f<\/li>\n
  • Must speak local language(s)\u202f<\/li>\n
  • \u202fOther languages preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
