POSITION SUMMARY:<\/p>\n

HR Internal Communications Specialist, communicate with all level of Company\u2019s Employees to maintain the strong relationship between all of them.<\/p>\n

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Provide counsel services to employees<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Prepare HR Newsletter and other reports to communicate information about employee concerns and organizational actions taken.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Responsible for all internal communications to maintain and build a strong relationship with the employees<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Handle all HR Activities such as (Occasional events, entertainment trips, etc)<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Communicate policies pertaining to Human Resources.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Partnering with both management and employees to develop and implement employee relations best practice.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Handling of employee relations issues, complaints and\/or grievance and determination of appropriate disciplinary actions<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Oversee the maintenance of personnel records and various human resources information systems<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Develop and implement company\u2019s structure and create company communication channels<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Update company\u2019s policy.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Conduct investigations concerning employee\/management inquires and complains<\/p>\n
