\u00b7 Responsible for providing strategic leadership in directing and developing the company\u2019s wide-range product lines and improving production capabilities and efficiency to achieve the corporate goals and business growth plan. <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Delegate, assign and transfer responsibilities to team members and guide them on how to deliver results. <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Skilled in online research to be able to identify niche markets that require specialty products that are in demand. Must be able to reverse engineer competitors' products using research skills and experience. <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Plan, organize, direct, develop the company's overall production operation as per the company\u2019s corporate business and strategic production plan in terms of safety, quality, production output, delivery and customer satisfaction. <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Improve the production capabilities and add new production lines for new products as required and needed. <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Act proactively to formulate new specialty lube products, increase the company's product range as well as identify niche markets that require products you can manufacture with your existing network of suppliers. Must be able to increase the business network of approved suppliers of finished goods, base oils, and additives.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Initiates routine technical meetings to review & diagnose the problems and seek improvements continuously and proactively.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Accurately report on business matters consistently with excellent follow-up and reporting skills to ensure that business long term objectives are met. <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Optimally make sure that manufacturing units improve on the standard efficiencies in terms of machine efficiencies, material yields, labor and overhead costs versus budget.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Manage, with the marketing team, in creating and updating the product technical data sheets & material safety data sheets on a regular basis. Provide original and creative content for social media with team.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Responsible for the overall management and development activities of technical area personnel of around 35 members, including laboratory, production, and maintenance team members.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Implements overall key performance indicators.<\/p>\n
1. Requirement open for all nationals.<\/p>\n
2. Bachelor\u2019s degree in Chemical\/Mechanical\/Industrial Engineering; M.Sc is an advantage.<\/p>\n
3. 7 years of lubricants manufacturing industry experience.<\/p>\n
4. Min. 2 years of experience senior managerial level. <\/p>\n
5. Must have solid knowledge of formulating new lubricant products, lubricant handling & storage, selection of lubrication equipment for quality control.<\/p>\n
6. Must be able to research new markets for niche products and help develop new business strategies.<\/p>\n
7. Process improvement methodology experience preferred; such as LEAN, Six Sigma<\/p>\n
8. Conduct product training for customers and company associates where needed.<\/p>\n
9. Proficient in ERP systems, SAP and Microsoft Office.<\/p>\n
10. \u00b7Must have leadership skills and the ability to manage teams. Must be able to work simultaneously on several subjects with the ability to follow-up on all without reminders. <\/p>\n
