ACCOUNTABILITIES\/RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n

Under the direct supervision of Head of FMSS, Fleet Centre, the consultant will have the following responsibilities:<\/p>\n

1. Analyze and verify existing data-collecting and analytics systems<\/li>\n
2. Analyze data, research data sources, and make corrections to existing data as needed to ensure accuracy<\/li>\n
3. Implement data analysis methodologies defining, together with the team, measurable goals and KPIs<\/li>\n
4. Identify, examine, and process raw data, trends, analysis, and assessments to aggregate disparate information<\/li>\n
5. Ensure that relevant teams and individuals are consulted and involved in decision making at key points and that all decisions made are clearly documented and communicated<\/li>\n
6. Apply agile development of new visualizations in Tableau dashboards that support large data sets and analytics methodologies<\/li>\n
7. Enhance data analysis and delivery of a series of business intelligence dashboards and reports for different audiences informing them on dimensions identified as relevant for them with pertinent KPIs.<\/li>\n
8. Maintain, evaluate, and adapt visualizations for effective use and broad understanding.<\/li>\n
9. Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies<\/li>\n
10. Maintain databases<\/li>\n
11. Answer any questions users might have regarding the system and train peers and relevant stakeholders on delivered analytical tools and dashboards to ensure knowledge handover; assist with production of training material<\/li>\n
12. Report progress and issues to all relevant stakeholders<\/li>\n
13. Support the development of fleet systems by analyzing the needs coming from WFP offices, and submit the clear business requirements to FC Management for review;<\/li>\n
14. Conduct regular fleet systems data analysis and advice country offices to for corrective action to maintain high level of data quality (completeness, correctness, and timeliness)<\/li>\n
15. Ensure vehicle tracking operational data such as VTS devices stock, allocation, airtime etc. are timely updated and reconciled between the VTS platform and FMS data base.<\/li>\n
16. Test the new developments, using the test scenarios, and make sure they function properly and meet the needs of the users<\/li>\n

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:<\/p>\n

    Education:<\/p>\n

    \n
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, information technology management, data analytics\/management or other relevant disciplines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Experience:<\/p>\n

      \n
      • Minimum of three years' experience as a Tableau Data Visualization Specialist<\/li>\n
      • Experience using Tableau for the creation of dashboards, standard reports and ad-hoc reports<\/li>\n
      • Experience working with multiple disparate data sources<\/li>\n
      • Experience with advanced data visualization topics such as complex calculations, table calculations, parameters, geographic mapping, and performance optimization<\/li>\n
      • Familiar with Data Visualization best practices<\/li>\n
      • Excellent client interaction, problem solving & communication skills<\/li>\n
      • Attention to detail; data analysis skills and quality assurance certification skills.<\/li>\n
      • Willingness to travel as and if requested\/required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Knowledge & Skills:<\/p>\n

        \n
        • At least 3 years of background developing and supporting Data Visualization solutions using Tableau<\/li>\n
        • Understanding of data modelling techniques<\/li>\n
        • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel<\/li>\n
        • Knowledge of SAP an asset<\/li>\n
        • Analytical mind and business acumen<\/li>\n
        • Strong mathematical skills (e.g. statistics, algebra)<\/li>\n
        • Problem-solving aptitude<\/li>\n
        • Excellent communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n
        • Knowledge of Fleet data and KPIs<\/li>\n
        • Ability to work and deliver results within a highly complex organizational environment (i.e. with diverse team, matrix structure and highly evolving operational context);<\/li>\n
        • An understanding of working with different cultures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Languages:<\/p>\n
