Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Coordinate with the shipping companies to collect, ship, and deliver the imported items in the agreed time and follow up the shipping process.<\/li>\n
• Monitoring and Reporting of all planned containers in close consultation with the Supply chain team.<\/li>\n
• Ensuring that all relevant import documents are received on time.<\/li>\n
• Coordination with Finance department to arrange payment for customs duties\/levies, and other clearing and forwarding payments as per requirements.<\/li>\n
• Forward shipment documents to the forwarder to start the clearance process.<\/li>\n
• Communicate & follow the clearance process and report any problem that may occur.<\/li>\n
• Follow up with the customs clearance agent to ensure the timely release and delivery of products to our warehouse,<\/li>\n
• Request & coordinate the transportation of all shipments and monitor till receiving in our warehouses.<\/li>\n
• Delivery of shipments invoice to the warehouse for checking to receive material according to invoices.<\/li>\n
• Daily update the transactions follow-up sheet and ensure that all data is accurate and updated,<\/li>\n
• Create logistics reports and keep them updated.<\/li>\n
• Continual review of shipping dates and reporting exceptions.<\/li>\n
• Keep proper records and archives of all forms of transactions and shipments. documents relating to the company\u2019s logistics operations.<\/li>\n
• Prepare all necessary documentation for handling logistics work in accordance with internal Logistics department rules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant major.<\/li>\n
  • 2- 6 years of experience in Retail, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management<\/li>\n
  • Excellent at MS. Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, \u2026etc.)<\/li>\n
  • Experience in ERP Systems is a plus<\/li>\n
  • Excellent proficiency in the English Language<\/li>\n
  • Highly effective and professional verbal and written communication skills with the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
