Training Manager<\/p>\n

Objective:<\/strong>
Developing business plan & relevant strategies within business department, maintaining & implementing high utilization plans of facilities and manpower, managing outsourced capabilities & services, integrating innovative development and technologies in business management, maximize customers value by providing high quality and cost-effective services.<\/p>\n

Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Pro-actively manage & develop the Branch & its business to meet targets.<\/li>\n
• Business development\/marketing activities to identify secure & retain new clients.<\/li>\n
• Dealing with the trainee\u2019s affairs, trainers affairs, PR, \u2026etc.<\/li>\n
• Understanding the tenders and ability to work on RFP. <\/li>\n
• Effective management, development and training of support staff within the center.<\/li>\n
• Maintenance of accurate records.<\/li>\n
• Providing reports\/information.<\/li>\n
• Constantly striving to improve the quality of service to both clients and customers.<\/li>\n
• Ensuring that all dealings with clients\/ customers \/trainers\/colleagues.<\/li>\n
• Knowing the procedures in TVTC, and other government related bodies<\/li>\n
• Knowing HRDF rules and refunds mechanism.<\/li>\n
• Knowing in HR, recruitment, Saudization rules and plans.<\/li>\n
• Planning and designing the training calendar and schedules.<\/li>\n
• Implementing Institute plans and programs<\/li>\n
• Marketing, selling and organizing Implementing Training Programs, forums and conferences.<\/li>\n
• Developing and implementing plans for various campaigns related to Business needs on specific issues.<\/li>\n
• Full responsibility for delivering quality training via a team of trainers.<\/li>\n
• Formulate policies and make decisions on training matters and strategy.<\/li>\n
• Analysis training needs, training design and development.<\/li>\n
• Develop new business opportunities and propositions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • University qualifications<\/strong>: Bachelor\u2019s degree in BA or any equivalent combination of Education.<\/li>\n
  • Previous experience:<\/strong> Minimum 5 years in similar Position<\/li>\n
  • Specialist knowledge:<\/strong> Ability to apply administrative policies and applicable laws and regulations.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n
  • Able to work independently, with strong planning and organizational skills.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to develop effective working relationship.<\/li>\n
  • Possess all necessary skills in leadership, scheduling, time management, technical, budgeting and cost, project control and execution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
