Provide AAP \/ CE technical support in the implementation of WFP&#039;s activities in Jordan, with a focus on ensuring that the needs and preferences of affected populations are taken into account. <\/p>\n<p>2.   Work in close collaboration with relevant WFP Units, as well as with external partners, to promote AAP in all aspects of WFP&#039;s work.<\/p>\n<p>3.   Support the AAP Officer in building knowledge on AAP and do-no-harm principles through conducting different types of AAP trainings for CFM staff, field monitors and programme staff as well as Cooperating Partners. <\/p>\n<p>4.   Ensure AAP aspects are taken into consideration during assessment, planning, implementation and monitoring in all CO activities and programmes.<\/p>\n<p>5.   Conduct regular consultations and engagement activities with affected populations on WFP&#039;s areas of operation.<\/p>\n<p>6.   Support in preparing thematic and\/or operational sensitization plan and drafting all communications with communities\u2019 materials for affected populations.<\/p>\n<p>7.   Assist in the collection, analysis and use of data and information on affected populations to inform decision-making and program design.<\/p>\n<p>8.   Document the results, lessons learnt, best practices of AAP, CFM and CE in an effort to improve WFP Jordan\u2019s learning process and knowledge capitalization. <\/p>\n<p>9.   Act as primary focal point for case management for all the CFM tickets reaching WFP and ensure a timely and effective resolution within pre-defined timeframes. <\/p>\n<p>10.   Coordinate with relevant WFP staff and Cooperating Partners on issues related to case management, CwC and CE. <\/p>\n<p>11.   Manage WFP Jordan Country office\u2019s Facebook page in coordination with the Communication Unit. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12.   Perform other related duties as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills<\/p>\n<p>STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n<p>Education: Completion of secondary school education.
