  • Bachelor\u2019s Degree- Must have at least three years of experience in HR operations and Support<\/li>\n
  • Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. Experience with creating and maintaining HR-related reports and metrics. Knowledge of Labor laws and regulations.<\/li>\n
  • Recruiting and sourcing talent by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews. Coordinating the new employee onboarding and orientation process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.<\/li>\n
  • Managing and maintaining employee files and updating employee information in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Coordinating employee events and activities to foster a positive and engaged workforce.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
