We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the organization\u2019s projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of stakeholders involved in Ready for Tomorrow program.<\/p>\n
Ready for Tomorrow is a program funded by the Danish Arab Partnership Program under the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The main outputs:<\/p>\n
Output 1. Young people, in particular young women, have the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to plan and pursue their career paths as well as to engage with governance processes and duty bearers Target group: aged 15 and above, at least 50% women.<\/p>\n
Output 2. Young\u202fpeople, in\u202fparticular\u202fwomen, have\u202fmarket-responsive\u202ftechnical\u202fskills,\u202fknowledge\u202fof\u202ffinding\u202femployment, and\u202fgreater\u202faccess\u202fto the\u202flabour\u202fmarket.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Planning, coordinating and managing multiple projects from conception to completion<\/p>\n
\u2022 Identifying and managing project risks<\/p>\n
\u2022 Coordinating project activities and resources, including staff, volunteers, and external partners<\/p>\n
\u2022 Communicating project status and progress to stakeholders<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards<\/p>\n
\u2022 Identifying and implementing project management best practices<\/p>\n
\u2022 Providing support to management and other staff on project-related matters<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field<\/p>\n
\u2022 Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in project coordination<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies<\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience in coordinating and managing projects in an international development or humanitarian context<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong organizational and time management skills<\/p>\n
\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n
\u2022 Proficiency with project management software, such as MS Project or Asana<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n
