• To implement effective collection plans and achieve station collection target.<\/li>\n
• Contact customers\/defaulters for pending payment issues.<\/li>\n
• Visit customers to achieve pre-set collection plans.<\/li>\n
• Coordinate with the team(s) regarding any issue related to customers\u2019 account collection.<\/li>\n
• Notify the credit officer about any customer having a cash flow issue.<\/li>\n
• Coordinate with the invoicing team for any special requirements on customers\u2019 invoices.<\/li>\n
• Prepare the daily collection plan and arrange collections accordingly.<\/li>\n
• Issue receipts for check\/cash collections.<\/li>\n
• Ensure customers receive all issued invoices.<\/li>\n
• Assist in reconciling customers\u2019 credit statement and customs reports while ensuring timely payments are done.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Good communication skills.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent command of English.<\/li>\n
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<\/li>\n
