\n\u2022 Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
\n\u2022 2 -3 years of experience with business development (contracting field; Contracting\/private sector)
\n\u2022 Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.
\n\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n\u2022 Working experience with sales techniques.
\n\u2022 Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
\n\u2022 Proven ability to plan.
\nResponsibilities:
\n\u2022 Find new customers within the contracting sectors and regions (private sector).
\n\u2022 Increase the share of the company business contracting.
\n\u2022 Qualified business opportunities and close deals.
\n\u2022 Align with company vision, mission, strategy, and offers.
\n\u2022 Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and clients.
\n\u2022 Assist in keeping all official and technical documents in the right formats and up to the latest version.
\n\u2022 Cooperate with Business Development Manager to develop and enhance the work processes.
\n\u2022 Creating and maintaining solid relationships and making business decisions.
\n\u2022 Planning ways to grow the business, find areas of client needs, manage business negotiations, and review and approve other business decisions.
\n\u2022 Provide weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports.
\n\u2022 Maintain a strong and healthy sales\/opportunities pipeline.
