\u2022 2 -3 years of experience with business development (contracting field; Contracting\/private sector) <\/p>\n

\u2022 Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Working experience with sales techniques.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Proven ability to plan.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Find new customers within the contracting sectors and regions (private sector).<\/p>\n

\u2022 Increase the share of the company business contracting.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Qualified business opportunities and close deals.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Align with company vision, mission, strategy, and offers.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and clients. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Assist in keeping all official and technical documents in the right formats and up to the latest version.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Cooperate with Business Development Manager to develop and enhance the work processes.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Creating and maintaining solid relationships and making business decisions.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Planning ways to grow the business, find areas of client needs, manage business negotiations, and review and approve other business decisions.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Provide weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Maintain a strong and healthy sales\/opportunities pipeline.<\/p>\n
