The role will cover training needs analysis, design, development, planning, curriculum design and implementation of technical training programs utilizing a blended learning approach, including impact measurement. Activities will include, Digital Material development, Video Recording, Face to Face Training Delivery assessments and on-site support and coaching.<\/p>\n<p>Job Duties<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all training material is up to date and in line with modern repair methods and technology<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for delivering and supporting all components of associate progress through to certification<\/li>\n<li>Arranging and conducting competency testing and assessments<\/li>\n<li>Developing and updating training programmes and material<\/li>\n<li>Reporting learner attendance, results, and any issues, with emphasis on protecting learner &amp; customer data<\/li>\n<li>Actively promote equal opportunities and diversity in accordance to company policy avoiding discrimination<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate training needs analysis of retail market, advise according to market trends and distributor guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with management activities through one on ones and monitoring of daily distributor activities<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the orientation, training and coaching of staff, management and other stakeholders to increase efficiency within the workplace in line with the associated business improvement required<\/li>\n<li>Participate and execute adherence to company and distributor policy and procedure compliance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the successful implementation of distributor technical training, fix it right activities, value chain and distributor fundamentals training activities<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, review and implement occupational health and safety, operational standards, technical support training activities<\/li>\n<li>Conduct on-going dealer visits to identify individual training requirements, network support and complete post course follow up evaluations<\/li>\n<li>Support all branches with training in relation to technical support in terms of campaigns, service schedules and equipment audits<\/li>\n<li>Support new model launch activities and external company training by way of material development with the support of the technical training team subsequent delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0631\u0627\u062a<\/h2>\n<p>Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High level of proficiency in both written and Spoken English, (additional languages advantageous)<\/li>\n<li>High level of proficiency with digital learning platforms &amp; material \/ video editing software<\/li>\n<li>Driving License<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A High-Level Qualification in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical area applicable to the technical discipline (Passenger Cars)<\/li>\n<li>Adult learning or training and assessment certificate or equivalent    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Minimum Experience:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Min of 2 years of Technical Training or Coaching role                                                                                  <\/li>\n<li> Min of 5 years of Automotive Industry Experience                                                                                       <\/li>\n<li>Proficient to Master Technician Level or industry equivalent <\/li>\n<li>Customer Facing Role Experience is an advantage                                            <\/li>\n<li>Assessment qualification is preferred                                                 <\/li>\n<li>Ability to demonstrate modern vehicle diagnostic and repair methods?
