Primary Purpose of the Job<\/p>\n

• Provide technical services in the field of oil and gas processing and production facilities assuring operations team in the area of discipline engineering for assigned projects, in order to achieve the required technical quality and integrity of work while considering project objectives in terms of safety, time and cost along with Operations and Maintenance requirements.<\/li>\n
• Commissioning start-up experience, mainly Rotating Equipment emphasis offshore with some static piping experience as well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications\/Knowledge\/Skills\/Experience<\/p>\n

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in mechanical engineering specialized in Rotating. Chartered Engineer status or equivalent is preferable.<\/li>\n
  • Minimum 15 years relevant post graduate experience, of which 10 years in Oil & Gas industry with an international reputable Operating company.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in operations and maintenance is mandatory.<\/li>\n
  • Skill \/ knowledge of International, Shell DEPs and\/or QP standards related to his area of expertise and Design Software related to Rotating Engineering such as Stress Analysis software, etc.<\/li>\n
  • Exposure with international consulting company, EPIC contractor with projects\u2019 pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and Hand-over activities is an added advantage.<\/li>\n
  • Possess sound fundamentals in his discipline area. Shall possess very good technical skills in his discipline.<\/li>\n
  • Possess good communication, presentation skills and fluent in English language.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
