Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Planning<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Leading, coordinating and supervising the production in worksites. The objective is to reach the correct execution in adjudicated projects in different variables such as execution time, deadline and budget<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Supervising and validating the planning of the projects, developing the programs according to the contractual calendar.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Ensure that the complete scope of work is specify in contract agreements with sub- contractors and that responsibility of the sub-contractor detailed out in the agreements<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Conducts negotiations between company and sub-contractor<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Manage manpower requirements of various projects<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Approving projects variations and including them in Project deadlines.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Presenting time extension, supervising the planning department and defining the timing accomplishment traced in project contract<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Prepare the hand over reports of the projects including economic, deadline and actual situation of each project<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Report variations in the Project execution<\/p>\n

Budget Planning<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Managing projects cash flow in collaboration with financial direction of the company<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Establishing guidelines for each level and strategy for a correct financial management.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Taking operative decisions to improve the Project cash flow.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Establish guidelines with suppliers to improve the worksite management. <\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Execution and Monitoring<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Assuring the correct execution with according to the agreed time and budget.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Supervising accidents data and planning preventive and corrective measures in coordination with the Corporate QHSE Department.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Supervising deviation measures of the workforces.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Controlling Project execution at worksites.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Identifying execution delays and establishing corrective measures.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Managing and controlling reports correctly.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Supervising the accomplishment of worksite certificates<\/p>\n
Other Mandatory Requirements:<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Have a solid 15 years of experience (at least 5 years of experience in similar role) in huge volume projects<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Work experience in Oil & Gas sector<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 PMP Management system knowledge<\/p>\n

Educational Requirements<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Civil Engineering<\/p>\n
