Core Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Conducts Community outreach through all approved channels for the relevant beneficiaries from the microbusiness component to polarize beneficiaries<\/li>\n
• Conducts interviews with target beneficiaries and community members at various levels to meet the donor\u2019s requirements<\/li>\n
• Arranges and follow up, in and off the field, with beneficiaries, prospect beneficiaries, mentors, community members, CBO\u2019s, partners and any relevant stakeholder to ensure working within procedures assigned by the project.<\/li>\n
• Follow-up on training and capacity building activities for beneficiaries and prospect beneficiaries to ensure working per the relevant project\u2019s plan.<\/li>\n
• Conducts feasibility studies in the field with applicants and recommend the prospect businesses for financing to ensure proper selection.<\/li>\n
• Maintains a comprehensive list of beneficiaries, progress and follow up activities for reporting to component leader and project manager to ensure the process is according to the project\u2019s plan.<\/li>\n
• Archives and file all relevant paperwork as per approved process and procedures to meets donor\u2019s requirements.<\/li>\n
• Outreach and follow-up on microbusiness beneficiaries for the purpose of licensing their home based businesses (HBB) to legalise their status<\/li>\n
• Supporting the beneficiaries during the process of HBB licensing, including, but not limited to, follow-up and support with the governing bodies and process stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or any related field<\/li>\n
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
