Reviewing and endorsing projects expenditures incurred in line with the approved <\/p>\n

budgets. <\/p>\n

Preparing and submitting the cost reports to the higher management on a monthly basis. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Presenting periodical internal Dashboard reports with discussion on Cost Report issues <\/p>\n

and proposing the preventive and corrective actions. In addition, taking the directives <\/p>\n

from the higher management presented in the dashboard. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Submitting consultation of the cost analysis at the Project\u2019s completion date, explaining <\/p>\n

the Cost Deviation Report and advising the concerned departments about the deviation <\/p>\n

causes and how to avoid the re-occurrence of such deviation in the upcoming projects.<\/p>\n

Supporting and providing historical actual cost data to the tendering department to get <\/p>\n

benefits of the lessons learned<\/p>\n

Candidate must be proficient with cost management, industry-standard estimating, project <\/p>\n

control software, and should be familiar with the scheduling process. <\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or other relevant discipline<\/p>\n

Minimum 15 years of Experience in Cost Control processes and management <\/p>\n
