Job Purpose<\/p>\n

Create, build and implement, new and existing Digital and social media targeted campaigns, tactical offers and promotions or services in alignment with all other marketing communications approach. Develop reports and content strategy as well as Monitor progress, and answering directly to social media inquiries, all while using the Taiba Hospital tone of voice and guidelines.<\/p>\n

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/p>\n

Implement a social media strategy that\u2019s in line with the hospitals communication strategy and that will help build the hospitals identity, increase its audience, and goals; plan around the parameters for the hospitals social media strategy and determine objectives, establishing what needs to be accomplished and define how it will be done; Work with defined strategies to build\/enhance the online follower base developing channels that strengthen engagement, reach and positive feedback.<\/li>\n
2. Ensure accounts are updated on a daily basis and that messaging is timely and relevant; monitor the internet for any positive or negative feedback about Taiba Hospital, and then follow up on the feedback; ensure that Taiba Hospital is ahead of the competition, establish competitors reports that is consistently updated,; measure the effectiveness of different channels; study and analyze the results of reports provided based on sites traffic to detect both threats and opportunities, as well as to measure the effectiveness of various actions; Raise reports based on this information on monthly basis.<\/li>\n
3. Develop creative out of the box and new content within all social media platforms and get further involved in Digital platforms such as Google ads and hospital website. To be able to provide analytical reports for executives and management; Work on the development of strategic alliances within the social media industry for future actions that can strengthen the growth of communities and the brand.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
