Process Compliance Manager -IKEA CFC<\/p>\n

JOB PURPOSE:<\/p>\n

\n
1. Assist in ensuring that all operational and financial controls are adequately & uniformly formalized and implemented for the respective business unit across all geographies to mitigate risk of loss, safeguard assets and improve operational efficiency.<\/li>\n
2. Supporting and coordinating all Internal Audit requirements<\/li>\n
3. Review of all new processes and training material of new projects from a risk aversion point of view<\/li>\n
4. Implement and oversee monitoring activities for Loss prevention.<\/li>\n
5. Review of all contractual obligations and secure compliance with Group Policies.<\/li>\n
6. Coordinates between the management team and the country procurement team to determine their product and service needs<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

   KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:<\/p>\n

   Standard Operating Procedures<\/p>\n

   \n
   • Analysing SOP\u2019s and suggest operational guideline changes if necessary<\/li>\n
   • Implement improvements in existing processes to improve operational efficiency<\/li>\n
   • Ensure implementation of SOP\u2019s, related improvements and operational guidelines<\/li>\n
   • Rollout of SOP\u2019s in all new stores.<\/li>\n
   • Train store teams on Financial SOP\u2019s<\/li>\n
   • New process mapping<\/li>\n
   • Standardise processes across the country<\/li>\n
   • Identify and highlight areas where SOPs are required to be created by Process Owners for further review<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     Audit<\/p>\n

     \n
     • Support in coordinating internal audits in stores including necessary entry and exit meetings<\/li>\n
     • Follow up with stores and Service office on implementation of internal audit points and annual non-implemented audit recommendations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

       Coordinate Consolidated internal audit communication for the brand<\/p>\n

       Contracts<\/p>\n

       \n
       • Review of contracts based on Group Procurement Policy<\/li>\n
       • Review of all company contracts for commerciality and risk in coordination with Group Legal, where required<\/li>\n
       • Review of 3rd party suppliers for IWAY compliance along with IWAY compliance team.<\/li>\n
       • Coordinate with Service Office and store teams for Non-Merchandise Procurements.<\/li>\n
       • Secure necessary approvals for all contracts and non-merchandise policy compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

         Business Development<\/p>\n

         • Project coordination and meetings<\/li>\n
         • Testing and walkthroughs<\/li>\n

           Loss Prevention<\/p>\n

           • Loss prevention reporting and checks<\/li>\n
           • Enhancement of current SOP\u2019s based on audit findings\/ internal frauds\/ identified gaps<\/li>\n
           • Store reviews<\/li>\n
           • Engage in internal investigations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

             Finance Support<\/p>\n

             • Analysing Perpetual Inventory Count results across all stores<\/li>\n
             • Supporting Finance Manager with Inventory write offs<\/li>\n
             • New system projects support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

               Co-ordination with the regional team<\/p>\n

               Coordinating with, reporting and making recommendations to the regional risk and compliance manager<\/p>\n

               Procurement Support<\/p>\n

               • Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times<\/li>\n
               • Develops relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company, building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers<\/li>\n
               • Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.<\/li>\n
               • Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.<\/li>\n
               • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness<\/li>\n
               • Preparing procurement reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                 Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Post Graduate or Finance Professional (CA\/CPA\/CIA) or MBA \u2013 Finance \/ Operations management<\/p>\n

                 Minimum Experience: 3-5 years\u2019 experience in process compliance\/Audit , preferably in retail <\/p>\n

                 Job-Specific Skills:<\/p>\n

                 • Working knowledge in SAP\/Navision \u2013 ERP system (preferred)<\/li>\n
                 • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint<\/li>\n
