Overview of the role:<\/p>\n

To provide daily supervision to ensure sufficient, clean, and safe and defect free vehicles. Manage technical team in line with Company Policies, Regulatory Standards and Statutory guidelines, deadlines and requirements for Body Workshop, to ensure that staff, systems and resources are using in the Workshop to meet manufacturer is set of standards in order to provide excellent levels of customer service at all times. For Body workshop responsible for all Training activity as per Honda standard <\/p>\n

What you will do:<\/p>\n

Contribute to total customer satisfaction through ensuring proper distribution and execution of all repair orders and sublet repairs.<\/p>\n

Ensure all customers vehicles were completed for delivery at the time promised.<\/p>\n

Maintain minimum number of vehicle carryovers<\/p>\n

Maintain zero comebacks by conducting final quality inspections and instructing technicians on self-check procedures<\/p>\n

Workshop KPI Management and developing action plan for continuous improvement<\/p>\n

Maintain high levels of cleanliness of workshop<\/p>\n

Encouraging workshop team to implementation of SST in their daily work<\/p>\n

Schedule and follow-up the equipment maintenance.<\/p>\n

Maintain high level of motivation and morale in the team and ensure development of the staff, to achieve high level of employee satisfaction<\/p>\n

Required Skills to be successful:<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s in Mechanical Engineering <\/p>\n

Min. 3 years\u2019 experience in Body & Paint <\/p>\n

Technical Background Body & Paint <\/p>\n

Excellent communication skills in English <\/p>\n

About the Team<\/p>\n

The role will report to Service Center Manager and you will be working in a busy workshop environment wherein you will be dealing directly with Receptionist, Controller, Foreman & Technicians in a daily basis.<\/p>\n

What equips you for the role:<\/p>\n

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering<\/p>\n

From 3 years of experience. <\/p>\n

Experienced in all aspects of vehicle diagnosis and diagnostic equipment<\/p>\n

Possess good people handling and leadership skills<\/p>\n

Good time management skills<\/p>\n

Good administrative skills<\/p>\n

Proficient with computer programs (MS Office, Windows and etc\u2026)<\/p>\n

Proactive, hardworking, motivated approach<\/p>\n

Strong Communication skills in both Arabic and English <\/p>\n

Analytical skills<\/p>\n

Ability to accept additional tasks, duties <\/p>\n
