JOB DESCRIPTION<\/p>\n

-Maintain inventory & materials requests controls (quantity and quality) for cost effective operations.<\/p>\n

-Responsible for the inspection of all villa preparation requests as assigned.-Develop and maintain a comprehensive Quality Control (QC) program with input from the Maintenance Manager.<\/p>\n

-Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.<\/p>\n

-Oversee results of daily work orders and preventive maintenance.<\/p>\n

-Oversee actions and follow-up on faulty device or equipment.<\/p>\n

-Monitor maintenance tasks to ensure that they meet quality standards.<\/p>\n

-Disapprove all materials and tools that fail to meet specifications.<\/p>\n

-Interface with property managers, inspectors, housing coordinators & leasing consultants when required.<\/p>\n

-Identify opportunities to improve the properties<\/p>\n

-Work closely with supervisors and maintenance staff in resolving quality issues.<\/p>\n

-Inspect and discuss the property inspection reports & the property damage reports with the supervisors and maintenance manager.<\/p>\n

-Prepare reports and recommendations to deal with any issues that arise.<\/p>\n

-Monitor and maintain all properties systems as assigned.<\/p>\n

-Provide the supervisors by technical advices whenever required in coordination with the maintenance Manager.<\/p>\n

-Assure health and safety (HSE) standards are applied which comply with all company, local city, and country guidelines.-Ensure compliance of all work-related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner.<\/p>\n

-Follow established company policies and those outlined in the Employee Guidebook.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n

-Excellent technical writing ability.<\/p>\n

-Computer-assisted design and engineering software expertise.<\/p>\n

-Expertise in systems operations and computer technology.<\/p>\n

-In-depth understanding of the industry market conditions and trends.<\/p>\n

-Strong project management skills.<\/p>\n
