JOB DESCRIPTION<\/p>\n

-Maintain the day-to-day operations and to assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of Danat Qatar L.L.C. properties under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.<\/p>\n

-Responsible for the completion of all plumbing service requests as assigned.<\/p>\n

-Complete make-ready process of vacant apartments as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.<\/p>\n

-Work within expense limits established.<\/p>\n

-Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.<\/p>\n

-Schedule and complete the \u201cPreventative Maintenance Program\u201d.<\/p>\n

-Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.<\/p>\n

-Responsible for 24-hour emergency plumbing maintenance service as scheduled.<\/p>\n

-Monitor and maintain all properties piping systems as assigned.<\/p>\n

-Complete grounds work as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.<\/p>\n

-Responsible for alerting the Maintenance Supervisor of any unusual occurrence and\/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.<\/p>\n

-Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, and State guidelines.<\/p>\n

-Ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n

-Male not more than 35 years old.<\/p>\n

-With a minimum of 2 years working experience as a Plumber. Experience in GCC countries is an advantage.<\/p>\n

-Knowledgeable in pre and post inspection of piping system.<\/p>\n

-Must have at least two years technical degree or accredited trainings related on his experience.<\/p>\n

-With impressive English speaking, writing and reading skills.<\/p>\n

-With clear communication skills.<\/p>\n
