WFP Sudan, one of the largest and complex operations for WFP globally, is currently rolling out a five- year Country Strategic Plan (2019 &#8211; 2023), which aims to provide emergency assistance through a hybrid approach (Cash, food and vouchers), along with life-changing types of programmes (Nutrition, Resilience and School Feeding).<\/p>\n<h2>JOB PURPOSE<\/h2>\n<p>To deliver a full range of HR support services to ensure accurate implementation of WFP policies and procedures and facilitate the effective functioning of a client-focused and strategy-oriented HR services. <\/p>\n<h2>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)<\/h2>\n<p>Onboarding<br \/>\u2022 Engage all stakeholders who have a role to play in onboarding i.e., Information Technology, Security, Unit assistant, hiring manager, etc. to ensure a coordinated and smooth onboarding experience for any new joiner<br \/>\u2022 Develop the Country Office welcome note for any new joiner and ensure it is timely shared across the office<br \/>\u2022 Carry out the new joiner survey at expected times and analyze the insights collected<\/p>\n<p>Learning &amp; Development<br \/>\u2022 Manage the learning and development calendar and provide administrative support to staff and managers in the planning and delivery of L&amp;D events and strategy.<br \/>\u2022 Support the implementation of customized learning programs to address current and future skill and capability gaps within the country office.<br \/>\u2022 Arrange the booking of L&amp;D facilitators, venues, travel, accommodation, and facilities for L&amp;D programs and events.<\/p>\n<p>Performance Management<br \/>\u2022 Manage the performance cycle process and monitor the timely and accurate completion of the performance evaluations.<br \/>\u2022 Facilitate the required awareness and training sessions to equip all stakeholders on performance management systems, policies, and processes.<\/p>\n<p>Data Analytics and Reporting related to L&amp;D<br \/>\u2022 Use HR management systems for reviewing, entering, and updating performance management, Training courses completion, Mandatory courses completion, etc.), ensuring compliance with the established deadlines and accuracy of HR data.<br \/>\u2022 Prepare a range of reports required for the specific area of work (e.g., learning &amp; development activities and KPIs, training-related documents, performance management, etc.) ensuring accuracy and meeting established deadlines.<\/p>\n<p>Others<br \/>\u2022 Act as the first focal point for any employee query related to onboarding, performance management and L&amp;D.
