Duties and responsibilities :<\/p>\n

.Assist customers\u2019 technical requests and take care of any technical issues <\/p>\n

.Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors<\/p>\n

.Always strive to provide exceptional customer experience<\/p>\n

.Manage customer expectation and lead them to customer satisfaction<\/p>\n

.Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfil customers\u2019 requirements<\/p>\n

.Keep track of key account metrics<\/p>\n

.Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders<\/p>\n

.Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities<\/p>\n

.Collaborate with our team to achieve sustainable growth<\/p>\n
