Overview of the role<\/p>\n

We are currently looking for experienced Reception Manager to work for Al Futtaim Motors \u2013 Toyota & Lexus in Dubai. The main responsibility of this role is to provide a supervisory management function for all Service Advisors. To lead a reception team ensuring efficient and professional manner is maintained. Act as a role model to demonstrate and promoting standards expected by practicing and creating the energy and the enthusiasm for excellent customer service.<\/p>\n

What you will do<\/p>\n

\n
• Ensure that all Reception Hosts and Service Advisors provide a \u201cCustomer Centric\u201d environment that is geared to the highest level of customer satisfaction and promotes our Customer Service Values. <\/li>\n
• Ensure the accurate flow of customer, vehicle information to ensure the vehicles are Fixed Right First time and delivered based on the customer promised delivery time. <\/li>\n
• Ensure that all reporting staff demonstrates a high level of sifting, sorting, sweeping, spick n\u2019 span and safety that promotes a customer centric environment. <\/li>\n
• To adhere to all departmental procedures<\/li>\n
• Ensure the tracking of the financial performance of each direct employee responsible for selling labour hours and other sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Required skills to be successful<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Minimum 2 years of Reception Supervisor\/ Manager experience in the automotive <\/li>\n
  • Experienced in managing the operations on a day-to-day basis<\/li>\n
  • Experienced in managing a team of 10-15 staff<\/li>\n
  • Excellent MS Office skills and SAP knowledge is an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What equips you for the role<\/p>\n

    \n
    • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any technical automotive related field<\/li>\n
    • 2-3 years\u2019 recent experience as a Reception Supervisor or Manager in the automotive industry<\/li>\n
    • Ability to communicate effectively and must have a strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills alongside with supervisory competence<\/li>\n
    • Problem solving & leadership skills & can lead changes in the workplace<\/li>\n
    • Arabic speaking is value added<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
