Primary responsibilities and accountabilities <\/p>\n

• The Zoho consultant shall be responsible for designing and implementing critical customer-facing solutions, mainly on Zoho platform.<\/li>\n
• The job requires a self-motivated, driven individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n
• The resource may also have to manage train other team members. Implementing Zoho- Solution & developing customized applications.<\/li>\n
• Lead the implementation of Zoho across the different modules<\/li>\n
• Keep self-abreast of all the features and updates and upgrade the system from time to time<\/li>\n
• Manage quality and consistency of data, generate reports and input data to support organization initiatives<\/li>\n
• Update and maintain all records across the Zoho suite<\/li>\n
• Assist, train and create guidelines and user guides for the team to use Zoho.<\/li>\n
• Provide consulting around best practices of Zoho administration and implementation to enhance user experience<\/li>\n
• Gather business requirements and proactively suggest solutions. <\/li>\n
• Trouble shoot and resolve issues<\/li>\n
• Manage the software requirements of the Organization<\/li>\n
• Make sure the health of the systems and machines are all ok from time to time<\/li>\n
• Proactively suggesting new technologies that can help the team be more efficient<\/li>\n
• Ensure smooth operations of all the systems across the organization<\/li>\n
• Manage the IT Personnel<\/li>\n
• Manage the server and keep track of all the renewals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Technical Requirements<\/p>\n

  Experience in building or implementing requirements on any Zoho application<\/p>\n

  Experience In Writing Zoho Custom Functions<\/p>\n

  • Excellent understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns, as well as with OO languages (Java, Ruby, C#, C++, etc)<\/li>\n
  • Experience and knowledge of relational databases, including work with MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or other common RDBMS<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment<\/li>\n
  • Zoho certification preferred.<\/li>\n
  • Have a functional understanding of the entire Zoho Suite, especially CRM, People, Recruit, etc<\/li>\n
  • Understanding of the details and processes of such functions<\/li>\n
  • Be efficient in implementation, getting customizations done and administration work related to Zoho and its related apps i.e. Recruit, CRM, Zoho mail etc.<\/li>\n
  • Have a complete understanding of the process from Development till the end support. A complete knowledge about the system configuration and its setup.<\/li>\n
