The Consultant should offer a multi-profiled Consultant for the following areas: <\/p>\n

\u2022 SQL Server database design and implementation experience. <\/p>\n
\u2022 A good understanding of Infrastructure (hardware, software, data, networking). Windows Server 2003\/2008, Active Directory, and Internet Information Services (IIS) experience. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience developing .NET Web Services. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience developing and deploying SharePoint Workflow applications using SharePoint designer and Visual Studio. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience developing and deploying SharePoint web parts. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience developing and deploying customized InfoPath solutions. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Good problem-solving skills. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Begin working with SQL Reporting and Analysis Services. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience developing against Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2008. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Architect and implement a highly available and scalable SharePoint 2010 solutions. Develop customized departmental sites and templates based on requirements provided by each practice group and administrative departments. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Develop custom solutions using SharePoint Object Model, SharePoint Client Object Model, PowerShell, C#, and ASP .NET. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Perform content management for SharePoint sites. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Troubleshoot complex SharePoint application problems, and server issues, including client environments, application configuration, user permissions, and data accuracy. Perform backup and restorations of the SharePoint sites. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Document and test Disaster Recovery procedures for SharePoint. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Resolve application outages, monitor production applications and support the day- to-day operations of SharePoint servers – including patches and upgrades. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensure seamless integration with third party applications and data feeds from key business systems. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Define requirements for hardware platforms, includes required resources and projected growth for the applications. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Serve as subject matter expert and technical liaison to business for SharePoint related matters. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Document and maintain system configurations, application settings and code changes. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Work with Client team to develop appropriate application training resources for end-users. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Other duties as assigned by the manager such as listed below: <\/p>\n

\u2022 In-depth experience in site template customization, site definition customizations, content management, collaboration, workflow, custom web parts, reports, master pages, features, Excel Services, InfoPath forms, XMLaw, handshake, Ajax and etc… <\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience with taxonomy planning (web applications, site collections, document libraries, content type, site columns, and search). <\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience administrating SharePoint farms at the site collection level as well as using SharePoint Central Administration console. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Must have strong development skills in SharePoint 2010 environments. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience in using SharePoint 2010 framework, C#, ASP .NET. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience in developing custom web parts and\/or web applications (HTML, ASP .NET, CSS, XML, JavaScript) and development of solution packages. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience in applying software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuration, development, and unit testing using Microsoft technologies. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Experienced with SQL 2008, T-SQL query, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). <\/p>\n
\u2022 In-depth experience in content management, collaboration and social media tools and techniques. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Any experience in SP2013 preview or beta release a plus. <\/p>\n
\u2022 High-level understanding of Active Directory, AD security, TCP\/IP, DNS, Load balancer, Firewall, SMTP. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong analytic, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Liaising with clients. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensuring the client's requirements are met. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Working alone or as part of a team. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Providing maintenance services for websites. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Designing and running tests. <\/p>\n
