  Your main responsibilities include: <\/p>\n

  • Perform the audio logical and vestibular testing of ENT patients referred to them.<\/li>\n
  • Performs procedures for tinnitus vertigo treatment.<\/li>\n
  • Works under the supervision of consultants\/ registrars.<\/li>\n
  • Independent accurate testing of patients referred to audiology department.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare reports and statistical analysis as required and such reports will be prepared in a timely manner in accordance with the standards within the Department.<\/li>\n
  • Provides auditory evaluations and education by measuring and studying noise conditions; conducting hearing protection and hearing loss screening programs.<\/li>\n
  • Follows established policies and procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Attends regularly scheduled meeting for the improvement of patient care services and delivery.<\/li>\n
  • Maintains strictest confidentiality<\/li>\n
  • Provide speech therapy as needed, on occasions.<\/li>\n
  • Accept all other additional assignments found necessary by the Head of Department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Candidate must be a native Arab Speaker;<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills in English (must be articulate);<\/li>\n
    • Broad range of experience in a variety of patient care settings including inpatient, outpatient and community;<\/li>\n
    • Competence in assessment and treatment of SLT issues in complex neurological conditions.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in a specialist role in a related field. Competence in addressing feeding issues in infants, knowledge of assistive communication devices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
