Our client is a global pharmaceutical company. They are now looking for a Tender Analyst<\/p>\n

to join them in Riyadh.<\/p>\n

Roles & Responsibilities<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\n
• Support Middle East MedTech organization with EU MDR transition<\/li>\n
• Identify business impact and develop mitigation plans.<\/li>\n
• Review Brands which are impacted by MDR transition on rolling 12M basis.<\/li>\n
• Understand business risks and work together as a team on mitigation plans.<\/li>\n
• Share risks on quoted & awarded tenders for Brands impacted by MDR with stakeholders<\/li>\n
• Ensure that impacted brands are not included in new Tender quotation.<\/li>\n
• Work with tendering authorities on replacement codes (if any).<\/li>\n
• Proactively manage full Tender Lifecycle (Pre-tender, Quotation, Award, Post Tender Stages) in collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance and the wider business, ensuring completion and driving value added content on each submission.<\/li>\n
• Review the evaluation criteria for each tender submission and ensure requirements are fulfilled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications: <\/p>\n

    • Education: Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Finance\/ Marketing\/ Economics\/ Business, or Engineering<\/li>\n
    • Years of Experience: 4+ years of work experience, preferably in pricing, tender or marketing \u2013 strong understanding of operational and strategic aspects of pricing<\/li>\n
    • Previous experience in system implementation, process improvement, project management, process mapping and\/or process excellence is preferred.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in Medical Device Industry or Pharma is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
