The Interior Designer will create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces by assessing space requirements, determining optimal furniture placement, and selecting decorative items, all while adhering to relevant blueprint, building code, and inspection requirements.<\/p>\n

• Time Management.<\/li>\n
• Problem-Solving Skills.<\/li>\n
• English language skills.cost reduction and productivity improvement<\/li>\n
• Promote the implementation and adherence to policies, processes and operating procedures to others within the company.<\/li>\n
• Perform other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n
• Design based on the plan approved by the architect.<\/li>\n
• Design considering the systems "HVAC, Fire fighting system and Lighting", in all 3d designs and perspectives.<\/li>\n
• Design based on specific building materials.<\/li>\n
• Follow all relevant engineering procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.<\/li>\n
• Working closely with a Architect of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists.<\/li>\n
• Review all Design Drawings to the Construction Team \u201cArchitect, Projects manager, Construction manager\u201d.<\/li>\n
• Exterior design schemes with the preservation of the identity of Shawarmer.<\/li>\n
• Creation of new innovating and challenging design ideas maintaining the value of the proposed design.<\/li>\n
• Determining costs and inspecting construction to ensure compliance with design specifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • A bachelor\u2019s degree in interior design or simliar field<\/li>\n
  • Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience in interior design.<\/li>\n
  • AutoCAD.<\/li>\n
  • Sketchup.<\/li>\n
  • Lumion.<\/li>\n
  • 3DMax.<\/li>\n
  • Microsoft Office programs skills<\/li>\n
