• Manages overall operational business and management of the staff. <\/li>\n
• Supervising and overseeing all Hospitality & Housekeeping Supervisors, Team Leaders, Transports and operational employees.<\/li>\n
• Exceeds customer expectations by monitoring that proper operating standards in every aspect of Housekeeping, Hospitality, Guest Service are being meet and delivered.<\/li>\n

• Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency.<\/li>\n
• Maintain good relationship with clients through a regular visit and resolves issues and complaints.<\/li>\n
• Preparing sales quotations, proposals, service agreements and invoices and coordinating with client with excellent customer service.<\/li>\n
• Lead, motivate and support large team, including hiring and training new and existing employees, planning, assigning and directing work, addressing employee performance and discussing appraisals. <\/li>\n
• Operate within departmental budgets through effective stock and cost controls and well managed schedules.<\/li>\n
• Work closely with the CEO and management team to develop, implement and enforce operational policies and procedures and to follow through with the implementation. <\/li>\n
• Checking attendance & overtime reports for Operations Department and submit to HR Department for verification. <\/li>\n
• Hire qualified personnel when needed.<\/li>\n
