We are looking for a skilled Call Center Manager for the Real Estate sphere to supervise daily operations and personnel aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. <\/p>\n

An excellent Call Center Manager must be an organized, reliable and results-driven professional. They must have a practical mind to solve problems on the spot partnered with an ability to see the \u201cbig picture\u201d and make improvements. As a call center manager, you must also have excellent customer service, sales and communication skills.<\/p>\n

  Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

  • Develop objectives for the call center\u2019s day-to-day activities.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.).<\/li>\n
  • Collect and analyze call-center statistics (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics etc.).<\/li>\n
  • Assume responsibility of budgeting and tracking expenses.<\/li>\n
  • Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.).<\/li>\n
  • Prepare reports for different departments or upper management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Proven experience as call center manager or similar position.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Real Estate is required.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics.<\/li>\n
    • Solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit, etc.).<\/li>\n
    • Proficient in MS Office and Call Center equipment \/ software programs.<\/li>\n
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability.<\/li>\n
    • Certified Call Center Manager (e.g. CCCM) or equivalent qualification is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
