• Maintains and analyzes workforce performance, lead analysis and staffing change data for continuous quality and productivity improvement.<\/li>\n
• Coordinates all reporting related to Workforce Management.<\/li>\n
• Develops and maintains scheduling processes for Sales and Customer service agents.<\/li>\n
• Serves as the resident expert on the Workforce Management software package.<\/li>\n
