Overview of the role:<\/p>\n

• Handle end to end scope of the assigned key accounts of Air Freight portfolio including the coordination with Internal and External stakeholders in an efficient manner. Handle additional tasks such as Freight management of special movements, Exhibition shipments and ensure smooth running of the department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  What you will do:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Report to duty on a timely basis. <\/li>\n
  • Should have the ability to handle sizeable team of AIR import business <\/li>\n
  • To be able to handle large scale bids and RFQ\u2019s of new and existing customers<\/li>\n
  • Must be flexible in working hours and should be open to work in any shifts assigned.<\/li>\n
  • Should be well-versed with the Freight Management, Carrier, OR agent negotiations to attain the customer retention and healthy hit ratio<\/li>\n
  • Understanding to Admission Temporary Admission (ATA) Carnet processes, Exhibition Shipment clearances <\/li>\n
  • Should be well versed with Free Zone regulations, customs processes, and Incoterms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/p>\n

      \u2022 Proficient in English<\/p>\n

      \u2022 5 – 7 years\u2019 experience in Air Freight industry<\/p>\n

      \u2022 Good communication skills<\/p>\n

      \u2022 Systems knowledge \u2013 cargo wise or similar system<\/p>\n

      \u2022 Pricing and tender management and supervisory experience<\/p>\n

      \u2022 Well versed with UAE customs and free zone regulations<\/p>\n

      \u2022 Knowledge in Air to Air and Sea to Air shipments<\/p>\n
