\u00b7The employee is responsible for the efficient organization and management of the Precast Divisions\u2019 operational departments and will endeavor for the consolidation and enlarging the scope of business.<\/p>\n

\u00b7To manage efficiently at lowest possible costs the departments of Precast Division viz. tendering, sales, costing, production, maintenance, design, delivery and erection etc.<\/p>\n

\u00b7To provide periodically to the top management data and economical figures, MIS reports, Divisional Financial performance reports, costing reports, etc.<\/p>\n

\u00b7To prepare and submit tender documents for all precast concrete hollow core slabs and related jobs to the PWD and other government departments as well as individuals\/private organization. To prepare Bill of Quantities of each job progressively, part or on completion as required and make manual invoices for the accounts department to make official invoice for submitting to concerned parties. Deal with clients, customers and consultants in all matters leading to successful completion of jobs\/projects.<\/p>\n

\u00b7The employee shall ensure ahead of time execution of Projects and ensure quality, health, safety security and environmental standards in execution.<\/p>\n

\u00b7The employee shall have regular meetings with the Precast Department heads to achieve best efficiency in operations and maintenance with mutual consultations, discussions and consensus.<\/p>\n

\u00b7As a team Precast Division shall strive for best economical and efficient use of materials, manpower, plants and equipment. Any implementation of new policies, procedures and systems in the Precast Division shall be after obtaining the consent of General Manager \u2013 Precast division.<\/p>\n

\u00b7To maintain proper records, files etc. By recording all necessary information to ensure full payment of contracts and prepare programme to execute jobs successfully within stipulated time ensuring highest possible efficient use of material labor, plant and machinery, in compliance with all relevant specifications. Proper invoicing and to collect the monies due from the customers with the assistance of the accounts department.<\/p>\n

\u00b7To ensure that the departments are optimally staffed (without excess) with qualified and competent personnel at all times.<\/p>\n

\u00b7To identify training needs to initiate & conduct training with in the division<\/p>\n

\u00b7To co-ordinate and co-operate with all the other Divisions of the company in matters of mutual official interests.<\/p>\n

\u00b7The employee shall be responsible for following procedures in relation to ISO 9000\/14000\/18000 certifications, and ensure an effective implementation and maintenance of the quality, health & safety, environment standards.<\/p>\n

\u00b7The employee shall ensure observance of high safety\/security standards in work area\/sites.<\/p>\n
