ERP & Application Support Technician.
Job Summary:
\u00b7 Support and administer ERP system and other related applications.
\u00b7 Support And administer Van sales systems and mobile applications.
\u00b7 Querying in MS SQL Server database.
\u00b7 Create, edit, and maintain Crystal Reports, Web Applications.
\u00b7 Ensure the databases are highly secure, available, and recoverable.
\u00b7 Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems.
\u00b7 Monitors system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.
\u00b7 Supporting and training users for ERP system and other applications.
\u00b7 Developing, managing, and testing backup and recovery plans.
Location:
Sahab
Education:
B.Sc. in Computer Information Systems or System Engineering or any related field.
Experience:
\u00b7 2-3 years of experience in the following:
\u00b7 ERP & VSS Support.
\u00b7 Microsoft SQL Server Management.
\u00b7 Web Applications.
\u00b7 Crystal Reports.
Competencies:
\u00b7 General IT Technical skills (network, hardware, software, concepts, Support, Terminal Services support).
\u00b7 Solid Knowledge of MS SQL server management administration, preferably an MCSA.
\u00b7 Good Knowledge of Java programing language (SE + EE).
\u00b7 Solid Knowledge of ERP systems.
\u00b7 Knowledge of virtualized application server environments.
\u00b7 Organizational and time management skills.
\u00b7 Teamwork.
\u00b7 Ability to work independently.
\u00b7 Understanding of Windows networking concepts.
\u00b7 Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
\u00b7 Ability to write standard documentation.
\u00b7 Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
