Your Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
- \n
- train distributors about maintenance procedures according to Duerr Dental standards<\/li>\n
- give full support to distributors for planning, installation and technical issues that are reported<\/li>\n
- follow up on all cases reported<\/li>\n
- collaborate between the Service Department in Headquarter and distribution<\/li>\n
- develop and maintain professional business relationships with distributors and end users<\/li>\n
- travel within the region to visit and train distributors as well as participate in company training in Germany<\/li>\n
- proper reporting using various reporting forms related to field calls with clear and concise messages and solutions<\/li>\n
- consult and follow superior\u2019s instructions with regards to technical tasks<\/li>\n
- develop own technical skills through personal commitment and the support of superiors<\/li>\n
- maintain a safe work environment in the office and at customer\u2019s sites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n
- \n
- bachelor\u2019s degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronic Engineering from an accredited university<\/li>\n
- proficiency in working with computers and strong networking background<\/li>\n
- expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook<\/li>\n
- bilingual (Arabic and English) is a must<\/li>\n
- strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n
- effective time management and organization skills<\/li>\n
- team player with the ability to work well under pressure<\/li>\n
- self-motivated<\/li>\n
- driver\u2019s license required and flexibility for frequent travel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
