• Perform post campaign analysis and understand & summarize campaign results and achievements.<\/li>\n
• Familiar in digital marketing, various social media platforms, and ensure a consistent online presence.<\/li>\n
• Oversee website design, content, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant<\/li>\n
• Manage employee\/agency responsible for all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media and digital platforms.<\/li>\n
• Standardize Social media responses to followers in a way that reflect brand proposition and strategy.<\/li>\n
• Promote Land & properties through marketing tactics, and maintain social media presence at property level and at a corporate level<\/li>\n
• Manage overall marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales, marketing trends, and advertising & marketing promotional events.<\/li>\n
• Adherence to company\u2019s vision<\/li>\n
• Supervise the in-house marketing team and enhance the marketing campaigns through proven methods and techniques.<\/li>\n
• Assess modern trends and market statistics to plan new promotional activities and marketing programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Skills<\/p>\n

  • Degree in Marketing\/Communications or equivalent in work experience.<\/li>\n
  • 5+ Year of experience in communication marketing field. Preferably in marketing agency and\/or Real estate or relevant industry.<\/li>\n
  • Exceptional command of Arabic & English language (verbal and written)<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of marketing, communications, branding and design principles<\/li>\n
  • Strong social media skills, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc., as well as website design and ability to write web content<\/li>\n
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
