Job Summary:<\/p>\n

Develop, Plan, direct & monitor all policies and activities related to training & career development including but not limited to full group training calendar, career development plans\/ programs & Succession plans. Negotiate external training contracts and filter nominees to join external training programs.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Duties & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

– Develop training and development policies, programs and objectives. Align training programs to business goals.<\/p>\n

– Use performance reviews and skills gap analysis to identify training needs per department, team and individual.<\/p>\n

– Conduct annual training needs assessment and design group training calendar for KSA, Egypt, UAE & Qatar.<\/p>\n

– Prepare and administer training budget<\/p>\n

– Develop & maintain succession plan to all group<\/p>\n

– Design HR KPIs template and prepare its report on quarterly basis to the whole group<\/p>\n

– Handle and analyze employee satisfaction survey results<\/p>\n

– Create manpower business model for all business categories<\/p>\n

– Develop and maintain employees\u2019 engagement activities & internal communication.<\/p>\n

– Initiate development programs including but not limited to leadership, Fresh graduates, on boarding. <\/p>\n

Desired Qualifications:<\/p>\n

– Bachelor\u2019s degree from reputable university <\/p>\n

– Post graduate diploma in HR as a minimum & MBA holder is preferred.<\/p>\n

– Minimum 10 Years\u2019 experience in HR Practices of which 5 years are in managerial level<\/p>\n

– Excellent English speaking and writing skills<\/p>\n

– Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.<\/p>\n

– Excellent Microsoft Office Applications Skills.<\/p>\n
