Liwwa is looking to hire a Sales Team Leader<\/strong> to join the Sales team to continue expanding liwwa\u2019s portfolio of borrowers. <\/p>\n

Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Managing a team of Relationship Managers and Officers to achieve the set underwriting and UaaS<\/strong> targets.<\/li>\n
• Researching, creating and following up on a target list of potential new businesses.<\/li>\n
• Visiting and presenting liwwa\u2019s financial products to prospective clients.<\/li>\n
• Cross-selling liwwa\u2019s range of products and services.<\/li>\n
• Maintaining solid relationships with clients via continuous follow ups.<\/li>\n
• Responsible for marketing and customer acquisition activities through various methods in order to achieve set targets.<\/li>\n
• Anticipating and resolving all client related needs.<\/li>\n
• Managing client relationships from lead to live and onwards in conjunction with Customer Service.<\/li>\n
• Working with the DA team to identify leads that require follow up.<\/li>\n
• Work on training new hires and provide support when needed.<\/li>\n
• Suggesting and experimenting with different ways of sourcing new applications.<\/li>\n
• Building strong relationships internally to enable efficient interaction between liwwa and the clients.<\/li>\n
• Achieving financial quarterly targets based on contracts signed. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Minimum qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • University Degree in a related field (Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing).<\/li>\n
  • 5-10 years of sales experience within the financial sector, preferably dealing with SMEs.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in banking facilities and trade finance.<\/li>\n
  • Strong understanding of the Jordanian SME sector.<\/li>\n
  • Banking courses (Institute of Banking Studies , Internal Banking Courses, SME Training, Courses (OPIC courses\/ Frankfurt school courses)) can be an asset.<\/li>\n
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding financial targets.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent organizational skills.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.<\/li>\n
  • Proven negotiation experience.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic fluently.<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency in MS Office products.<\/li>\n
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with ambiguity.<\/li>\n
  • Having a car is a must.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
