What You'll Be Doing:<\/p>\n

• Implementation of Asset Management consultancy and engineering services<\/li>\n
• Support and lead the development and delivery of Asset Management projects within the MEA region<\/li>\n
• Lead the development of asset management policies, procedures and standards; lead and support implementation of these asset management activities including guiding inspections, asset inventory activities, asset data analysis, and asset reporting; and lead and support the development of asset management related outreach and project delivery documents.<\/li>\n
• Responsible for a range of services including asset management system deployment, support of inspection and asset inventory activities, implementing asset performance metrics, digital implementation and analyzing total asset lifecycle risk and expenditure data to propose improved asset management activities and mid-term capital plans and operational plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  What Required Skills You'll Bring:<\/p>\n

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in a technology \/ engineering related field<\/li>\n
  • Minimum 10 years successful experience in asset management or directly related fields<\/li>\n
  • Experience of implementing AM \/FM services in accordance with industry best practice with working knowledge and delivery of ISO 55000 systems<\/li>\n
  • Specific experience within roadways, heavy rail or building market space<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency in professional-level written and spoken English<\/li>\n
  • A proven capability to support multiple projects<\/li>\n
  • Established knowledge and experience in implementing Asset Management activities<\/li>\n
  • The role will be based out of the UAE with as needed travel within MEA region for project related activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
