The Role and Responsibilities <\/p>\n
Collaborate with, managers and directors to provide data-driven and analysis-rich deliverables deriving strategic insights as per the client requirements. The consultant is expected to work on Feasibility Analysis, Market Research and Business Advisory projects across industry verticals. The role involves a high degree of client engagement and requires strong analytical and project management skills. You will be required to assist in business development activities. Senior Consultants\/ Project Managers lead assignments to lead fact-based strategic and tactical insights for our clients. You will be\u200e required to direct a team of consultants\/ analysts to conduct in-depth secondary research and primary research, use suitable analysis techniques to derive insights for complex engagements. Your role will require that you independently manage small to mid-value engagements spread across WISE service areas (e.g. feasibility studies, business transformation etc.). This position will be based out of Doha, Qatar and may involve business travel within the region. <\/p>\n
Primary Responsibilities <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Support Director\/CEO for understanding client requirements, problem definition, designing the project approach, recommendations, etc. <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Demonstrate good understanding of the practice area (Government\/ Corporate) and understand business needs and potential <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Conduct management interviews\/ discussions <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Conduct extensive market \/ industry research (both primary and secondary) <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Analyze data to extract insights and identify patterns (qualitative as well as qualitative) <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Develop proxies and triangulations for difficult-to-get data points (such as revenue forecast data, market size numbers for niche industry segments, etc.) <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Analyze findings for relevant trends, patterns and insights and apply them to help the team arrive at solutions\/ recommendations <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Develop detailed financial models, financial feasibilities and business rating models <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Interact seamlessly with team members to ensure we deliver high-quality strategy consulting assignments that exceed client expectations <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Take complete ownership of the engagement assigned and monitor work for junior resources assigned on projects <\/p>\n

Preferred Experience and Education Background<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Senior Consultants: Ideally 5 to 8 years of total experience with a minimum of 5 years in Management Consulting, with a notable consulting firm, working in Strategy consulting (major area of expertise)<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Should be proficient in financial modelling for forecasting P&L statements, Balance Sheets and Cash flow statements<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Should have experience in primary research for sourcing \u2018difficult\u2019 data points<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Preferred to have some experience of working with Government sector<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree (Engineering\/ Commerce\/ Economics) from a top-tier university; with an MBA\/ other professional qualifications (CA\/ CFA) from reputed institutes <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Excellent communication skills in English. <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Arabic fluency in written and spoken medium is mandatory<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Available for local hiring in Qatar is preferred though not mandatory<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Good experience with financial modeling and data analysis using MS Excel, including clarity of concepts and ability to build cash flows, P&L, and balance sheets <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ability to work with teams in a timeline driven high pressure environment (typical of management consulting firms) <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Sound project management and time management skills <\/p>\n
