We are currently looking for project engineers to occupy a vacant positions within the Projects department to follow up under execution project in QATAR with the following duties , responsibilities and qualifications :<\/p>\n
\n
Understand the project requirements and objectives, and develop the project quality plans including but not limited to project quality assurance plan -QAP- and inspection and testing plan ITP.<\/li>\n
Implement the QAP and ITP with all parties including the sub suppliers and subcontractors for manufacturing and installation site activities.<\/li>\n
Prepare inspection\/test reports and maintain the QA\/QC files related to assignment.<\/li>\n
Assist with tracking and logging Non-Conformance Reports, Quality\/Productivity Improvement Reports. <\/li>\n
Ensure that all works complied with client\/contractor-issued drawings, applicable standards and specifications.<\/li>\n
Ensure that all related inspection and testing activities in accordance to Environment, Health & Safety procedures and maintenance rules are respected.<\/li>\n
Monitor the work performance to ensure the respect of work standards and project specifications.<\/li>\n
Perform proactive surveillance inspection to minimize or avoid discrepancy and non-conformance rectification cost and time.<\/li>\n
Coordinate and assist construction to resolve any encountered problems related to inspection and testing activities.<\/li>\n
Initiate remedial or corrective action based on standard, code, and specification and verify the closure of NCR.<\/li>\n
Ensure effective coordination with the client related to inspection, testing activities, and documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

\u2022Ability to develop project quality plans \u2013 PQP-, Method statement , Inspection Test Plan – ITP, Quality Assurance Plan – QAP<\/p>\n
\u2022Excellent computer skills .<\/p>\n
\u2022Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and engineering processes<\/p>\n
\u2022Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills<\/p>\n
\u2022Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.<\/p>\n
\u2022Strong communication skills.<\/p>\n
\u2022Previous construction experience and preferably industrial projects . <\/p>\n
\u2022Knowledge of safety legislation and regulations .<\/p>\n
